He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Gallo and Luzmila Gallo (Colero). He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Calhoon; and his children, Robert Gallo (Heather), Julie Reed (Nathan), Luis Gallo II (Stephanie) and Chris Gallo (Jamese). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
