She was predeceased by: her parents, David Spivey and Sarah Spivey (Prichard); her former husband Dan Miracle; her husband James Hale; her children, James Hale and Kathy Miracle; and her siblings, Herbert, Herschel, Bob, Tom Spivey, Doris Jackson, Barbarba Williamson and Leola Spivey.
She is survived by: her children, Charlie Hale (Barbara) of Winamac and Dana Lemke of North Judson; and her brothers, John Spivey (Joyce) of Barboursville and Aubrey Spivey (Patsy) of Richmond, Kentucky.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren 8 great-grandchildren.
