He is survived by: his wife Kathy Schramm; his children, Raymond Franko (Katherine), Rebecca Johanningsmeier (Nate), Richard Franko (Sarah) and Rachael Franko; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Madeline, Isabelle, Lucas and Patrick; and his siblings, Mary Franko and Joseph Franko (Deborah). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
