He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Daniel Leroy Neff and Betty Josephine (Reed) Neff; daughter: Tricia Lynn Kasten; grandchildren: Charles Keegan Kasten (Tonya), Jacqueline Kiely Weldon (Cole), Robert Kamron Kasten (Alexis), and Daniel Karson Kasten; great-grandchildren: Addison James Allen, Chase Jaiden Allen, Karlie Anneliease Kasten, Uriah Joseph Kasten, and Olive Faye Weldon; brothers: John Stephen Neff (Terri) and Randy Reed Neff (Lucinda); sister: Lynette Sue Vandawater (Lee); brother: Richard Alvin Neff; other: Pastor Heath Hiatt; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Church of the Heartland (890 IN-14, Winamac, IN 46996). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Winamac Cemetery (600 W Main St, Winamac, IN 46996).
