He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Crist; his daughters, Trina Fulmer, Tasha Foerg (Parish), Tiffany Davis (Steve) and Tennille Calabrese (Ralph); his grandchildren, Brittany Miller (Lucas), Gavin Fulmer (Destiny), Lexi Foerg (Jose Samaniego), Kennedy Crist, Tianna Foerg, Addisyn Davis, Cooper Fulmer, Ava Calabrese and Sofie Calabrese; his great grandchildren, Haylee Miller, Madison Miller, Chloe Miller, Harper Beach, Mila Samaniego, Tate Fulmer and Vivianna Samaniego; and his sister Linda Stigen.
