She is survived by: her son Eddie D. Lowe; her grandchildren, Michael Lowe, Renee Moyer and Leslie Lowe; and her siblings, Marie Phenis, Elbert Stewart (Edith) and William Stewart (Diane). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
