Barbara leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Barbara’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her husband Victor Haney Jr.; her parents, Arthur Petry and Mary Alice Petry; and her sisters, Janet Hetzler and Ellen Miles.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Haney (Chris), Karen Hershberger (Carey) and Matt Haney (Krista); and her siblings, Tom Petry and Carol Denlinger. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Home (248 E South St, Winchester, IN 47394). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
