He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Poole and Ethel Poole (Hays); his brothers, Dennis, Duane, Darwin and Dale; and his sister-in-law Bonnie.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his sisters-in-law, Betty Ann, Perri, Wendy and Edie Cortazzo (Anthony); his children, Scott (Anita) and Sharon Gauthier; and his grandchildren, Jessica Omarian (Aiman) and Andrew Gauthier (Ashley). He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in David's memory be made to a hospice organization or charity of your choosing.
