She is survived by: her son Harold Duane Simmons (Janel); her grandsons, Nick and Chad Simmons; her siblings, Ruby Lee Brown (Jeff) and Larry Wayne Partin (Christy); her nieces and nephews, Tina Rhodus (Chris), Penny Moore, Cindy Pierce, Tabitha Kennedy, Robbie, Tori Reardon, Levi Partin (Gracie), Angel Mayes (Grant), Jessie Lemon (Trevor), Jordan Smith (Austin) and Cody Edwards; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Maddix, Liam, Kennedy, Ashley, Codey, Brittany and Marissa.
