She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl Simpson and Lois Simpson (Lawson); her husband Leroy Haney; her son Jeffery Ratliff; her grandson Nathinial Forrester; and her brothers, James Simpson, Stephen Simpson, Larry Simpson, Danny Simpson, Paul Simpson and Carl Simpson, Jr..

She is survived by : her children, Randy Ratliff and Donita Brockman (Jared); her grandchildren, Ally Ratliff, Dylan Forrester (Cheyenne), Ayrron Wells (Shayla), Jordon Wells (Kylee) and Qunitin Parks (Lexi); and her siblings, June Leto, Lumari Thompson and Dwight Simpson. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
