She is survived by: her husband Ernie Phenis; her children, Sharon, Carter of Richmond, Dale Phenis (Patty) of Marion, Melissa Parker (Phil) of Martinsville and Richard Phenis (Amber) of Temple, Texas; her grandchildren, Eric Overmyer (Stephanie), Angie (Terry), Miller, Julie Overmyer, Latorya Allen (Rogerichkus), Jennifer (Travis), Isaacs, Andrew Carter (Daisy), Nicholas Phenis (Jasmine), Krystal Phenis, Cassandra Phenis, Seth Parker (Sarah), Zachary Parker (Lauryn) and Zayden Phenis; and her siblings, Mildred Siebert, Janet Whitted (Bob), Larry Pittman and Rick Pittman (Melissa).
