She was predeceased by: her husband John T. Cook; and her siblings, Lily, Inez, Audrey, Lois, Nola, Shirley, Leo, Omar, Everett, Warner, Hubert and Herbert.
She is survived by: her son John R. Cook of Farmland. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
