It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Regina K Fine of Winchester, Indiana, born in Portland, Indiana, who passed away on June 30, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Tomlinson and Helen Tomlinson (Auker); her husband Robert L. Fine; her daughters, Lauretha J. Miller and Bobbi Lee Hoke; and her brother Melvin Tomlinson.

She is survived by : her daughters, Jodee Fine and Nicole "Nikki" Clevenger; her grandchildren, Avery, Addyson, Joel (Zuri), Kayden, Kristin and Drennen; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Layne and Elijah. She is also survived by her many friends and family.
