He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert C., Dorothy E. Puckett, Henry Alfiss Roberts and Mary Irene Thompson. He is survived by: his sons, Grant Puckett and Damion Jacob Vlack; his parents, Robert Puckett Sr. and Shirley Diane Roberts; and his siblings, Angela Shipley (Jerald) and Justin Puckett. He is also survived by niece, two nephews, and many extended family.
