He was predeceased by : his parents, Cecil E. Wilkinson and Reba Lucille Wilkinson (Reed); and his siblings, Cecil Wilkinson, Jr., James Wilkinson, Russell "Rusty" Wilkinson and Judy Wilkinson Finchum.

He is survived by : his siblings, John Wilkinson (Beverly), Carol Bates (Ronnie), Mary Bates (Danny), Billie Stevens (David), Coralee McCollum and Lora Sawyers (James). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
