She was predeceased by: her husband Phillip Sr.; and her parents, Marvin Garner and Neva Moore. She is survived by: her son Phillip Jr. (PJ); her daughter-in-law Jessica; her grandchildren, Jillian and Pippa; and her siblings, Marva Helms, Andrew Garner and Marilee LeVasseur.
