Winifred Kepner Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Winkle and Edith Winkle (Hiser); and her brothers, David Winkle and Larry Winkle. She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Eadens (Roger); her granddaughters, Melissa Norby (Drew), Lindsay Reno (Josh Velazquez) and Leslie Wales (Mike); her great grandchild Bianca Velazquez-Reno; her sister Bobbie (Jack); and her sisters-in-law, Retha Winkle of Winchester and Carolyn Winkle of Winchester. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Goodrich Park free concerts, which Winnie loved to attend.
