It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maxine Harden of Windfall, Indiana, who passed away on June 17, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Moore and Gladys Moore (Rainey); her son Rick Harden; and her siblings, Rachel, Mary Alice, James and Jerry.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Harden (Linda) of Windfall, Pam Slate (Dean) of Windfall, Debra Stout of Kokomo and Rhonda Harden of Evansville; her siblings, Betty Closs and Donny Moore; and her grandchildren, Ron Brown, Chris Harden, Jamie Garmon, Kain Harden, Shad McCorkle, Michelle Stroup, Earl, Maxine Harden and Kristi Wescott (Matt). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Young-Nichols Funeral Home (216 W Jefferson St, Tipton, IN 46072). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
