We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2024, at the age of 45, Bethany Mae Fluke of Winona Lake, Indiana, born in Warsaw, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bethany Mae Fluke to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Max Fluke, Mary Ellen Fluke and Kathryn "Kathy" Herman. She is survived by : her parents, Don Fluke and Cindi Fluke (Herman) of Winona Lake, IN; her sister Kim (Jared) Meidal; her grandfather Ken Herman; and also John Teevan. She is also survived by three nephews, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.

Memorial contributions in Bethany's memory should be payable to the "Cleveland Clinic Epilepsy Center" and may be given to the funeral home or the church.
