He was predeceased by: his father Dennis Hawkes, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Sherri Hawkes (Reed) of Lakeville, IN; his girlfriend Jeanette Kells of Winona Lake; his daughter Emily Hawkes; his granddaughter Olivia; and his brothers, Donovan Hawkes (Ashley) of North Liberty, IN and Dennis Hawkes (Laura) of Lakeville.
