He is survived by: his wife Cherlyn Meece (Hedrick); his children, Mendy Wright (John), Brooks Young (Amy) and Melissa Ennis (Tim); his grandchildren, Natalie, Dalton, Stefanie, Alexa (Noah), Lacey, Nathan and Jonathan; his great grandchildren, Linette, Adan, Xavier, Athena and Carter; and his brothers, Don Meece and Earl Meece (Jane).
A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Sunset Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Billy's honor to Mt. Pisgah Church located at 6100 S. Augusta Broadway Street, Winslow, Indiana 47598.
