He is survived by: his children, Laura Schepers of Huntingburg, James Schepers (Courtlyn) of Hawesville and Ashely Schepers of Jasper; his siblings, Diane Denton (Will) of Celestine, Brenda Delapaz (Ferdinand) of Long Beach, Gail Fischer (Rodney) of Santa Claus, Sherry Smith of Lake Mills and Darryl Schepers of Huntingburg; and his grandchildren, Delorenzo, William, Ryatt and Rusten.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Nass and Son Funeral Home (208 N Main St, Huntingburg, IN 47542). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (317 N Washington St, Huntingburg, IN 47542). A burial was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at the Mayo Cemetery.
