He was predeceased by : his parents, Lana Foster and Lowe; and his siblings, Virgie, Carl, Ruby, Reva, Harold and Donald.

He is survived by : his significant other Carolyn Kerner; his children, Chris Foster (Maureen), Christy Young (Bob), Scott Foster (Cindy) and Darren Foster (Julie); his grandchildren, Diane Young, Beth Rigdon (Dustin), Joshua (Josie), Jacob Foster (Rachael), Trey, Nicholas Foster, Casey Foster and Tim Borgeson; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Holden and Cohen.
