He was loved and cherished by many people including: wife: Sandy; daughter: Debbie Underhill (Craig); son: Steven Halsey; grandchildren: Jordan Shafer, Alex Halsey (Kat), Allison Long (Conrad), and Madelyne Underhill; brothers: Joseph Halsey and Raymond Halsey (Tuesday); sister: Mary Grant (Troy); parents: Herschell Halsey and Edna Mae Long; siblings (predeceased): Janet Durham, Larry Halsey, Janie Craft, Leroy Halsey, and Anthony Halsey.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Harper's Community Funeral Home (740 IN-930, New Haven, IN 46774). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
