She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Sipes and Maude Sipes (Gillham); her daughter Vanessa Grant; and her siblings, Ruth Terrell, Maxine Chambers, Joe Sipes, Robert Sipes, Kenneth Sipes, Leon Sipes and Clarence Sipes.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Fulford; her children, Brian Fulford and Michelle Lacer (Jeff); her grandsons, Keith Fulford, William Grant (Tracy) and Jake Grant; her great grandchildren, Ethan and Riley; and her great-niece Jody Renfro (Don).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Welch & Cornett Funeral Home (23 S Jefferson St, Worthington, IN 47471). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Worthington Cemetery South Jefferson (5711-6115 200 W, Worthington, IN 47471).
