He is survived by: his parents, David DeWayne Sr. and Nicole Earle; his wife Jessica Earle of Worthington; his daughters, Anna Rose Earle and Amelia Kate Earle; his sister Heather Earle; and his in-laws, Ken and Lorie Conolty. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, brother & sister in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.
