She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Padgett and Maggie Dicus (Lexi Smith); her son Jeffery Dyer; her sister Donna Padgett; her cousin Ronnie Dicus; and her uncle Wayne Dicus.
She is survived by : her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Dyer and Zachary Dyer; her sister Diana Cullison (Rick); her cousins, Kathy Deal (Mark) and Karen White; her aunt Donna Montgomery (Chuck); her nieces, Destiny Fiscus (Matthew) and Kayla Martin (Michael); and her nephew Karl Padgett.
Memorial contributions may be made to Tulip Church of God 180 Youth Group or Worthington Fire Department through the funeral home.
