She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll "Buck" Cullison and Catherine Cullison (Powell). She is survived by: her sons, Aaron Kirk (Carisa Treadway) of Clay City and Ryan Kirk (Cassidy) of Mitchell; her grandchildren, Brendi Kirk, Lucian Kirk and Bellamy Kirk; and her siblings, Debbie Duell, Elaine Cargal (Allan), Jodi Lorian and Jamie Cullison (Shannon Childress). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
