He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Allen (Ford) and Dwight "Bud" Allen, Jr.; and his brother-in-law Jeff Coulter. He is survived by: his son Andrew Allen; and his siblings, Randy Allen (Cathie), Teressa Sparks (Charlie), Linda Coulter and Kathy Bates (Greg). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
