She is survived by: her son Terry; her daughter-in-law Kathi Ousley of Muncie; her sons, Rick Ousley of College Station, Texas. and Barry; her daughter-in-law Beth Ann Ousley of Syracuse, Indiana.; her son Dusty; her daughter-in-law Denise Ousley of Leo, Indiana.; her grandchildren, Ryan Farrell, Justin Ousley, Kristin Ousley, Tyler Ousley, Annalise Ousley, Ian Ousley, Charley Ousley, Ethan Ousley, Devin Ousley and Dane Ousley; her brother Bobby; her sister-in-law Valerie Warrix of Hueysville; her brother Johnny; her sister-in-law Teresa Warrix of Hueysville; her sister Barbara; her brother-in-law Mike Schmidt of West Milton, Ohio.; her sisters, Bonnie Warrix of Hueysville, Margie Reed of Hippo, Kentucky. and Velma; her brother-in-law James Shepherd of Prestonsburg, Kentucky.; her sister Audrey; her brother-in-law Carlos Whitaker of Waterloo; her sisters, Kathy Neeley of Waterloo and Clydia; her brother-in-law David Heitzelmann of Martin, Kentucky.; her sister Shirley; her brother-in-law John Boyd of Hueysville; her sister Kimberly; and her brother-in-law James Sloan of Hueysville. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
