We are sad to announce that on June 16, 2025, at the age of 38, Corey Lee Bennett of Yorktown, Indiana, born in Muncie, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Bryan Bennett; his brother Joshua "Bo" Bennett; his grandparents, Robert Cope, Frank Bennett, Jerry Barnes and Naiia Ireland; and his father-in-law Carlo Hammons.
He is survived by: his wife Carrie Bennett; his children, Josh (Melissa), Braden (Daisy), Seth, Connor, Saydee and Cason; his grandchildren, Delilah, Lincoln and Oliver Bennett; his mother Cheryl Carter (John); his grandmother Judith Barnes; his siblings, Justin Bennett, Ashley Kowalski (Austin), Daisha Bennett, Jacob Bennett, Jerry Bennett, Justin Carter, Amista Kirby, Melissa Carter, Adam Huckeby, Jessica Huckeby and Kayla Huckeby; and his mother-in-law Billie Tucker. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gant Funeral Homes, Yorktown Chapel (2215 S Broadway St, Yorktown, IN 47396). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Gant Funeral Homes – Yorktown Chapel (2215 S Broadway St, Yorktown, IN 47396).
