He was predeceased by : his mother Eugenia May Orr (Adkins); and his stepmother Marian L. Orr. He is survived by : his father Richard "Butch" E. Orr of Hartford City; his fiancée Naomi Castor of Yorktown; his fiancée's children, Shelby Castor and Darren Castor; his siblings, Robert H. Orr (Lauren Kelly) of Hartford City, Christina S. Manor (Tim) of Portland and Sandra L. Orr of Fishers; and his stepbrother Michael A. Khayyata (Robin) of Arlington Heights, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
