He is survived by : his wife Debbie Truax; his daughter Carol (Dan Reynolds); his grandchildren, Ashley Hilbert and Nathan (Sarah Hilbert); his sister-in-law Becky Rodgers; his stepson Jason Truax; his grandson Thomas Truax; his great-nephews, Brandon (Brandi Green), Scott (Echo Carey) and Angel (Greg Brown); his sister-in-law Maxine Green of Kentucky; and his close friends, Dennis Trosper and Geo Phelps. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
