He was predeceased by : his parents, Gerald Frederick and Mildred Lucille Stout (Case); and his siblings, David Stout (Carole) and Judy Stout. He is survived by : his wife Joyce Elaine Stout (Applegate); his sons, Jeff Stout (Anne) and Joey Stout (Andra); his siblings, Larry Stout (Paula), Gerald Stout (Marilous), Vicki Stout and Marilyn Burcham (Raymond); his grandchildren, Madelin, Riley, Zackary, Tanner and Connor Stout; and his great grandchildren, Levi, Claire, Stella, Addilyn and Yareli. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
