He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Andrew Fuller and Audrey Dee Fuller (Patton); his wife Peggy June Fuller (Davis); his siblings, Shirley Ann Shaffer and David Gilbert Fuller; and his grandson Zachary S. A. Cox.
He is survived by: his children, Kristinia McDonough (John) and Robert "Andy" Fuller; his stepson William "Rocky" Simpson (Leisa); his sister-in-law Jenny Fuller; and his great grandchildren, Chad Mills, Holli Mills Sanchez (David), Haylei Little, Jakob Sanchez and Adriana Sanchez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
