William B. Girdler Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William B. Girdler in Yorktown, Indiana, born in Somerset, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 24, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Girdler and Coatney Girdler; his siblings, Lena McPheron, Henry Girdler, Ed Girdler, Nina Blevins and Nora Neikirk; and his grandmother Pence (Roy Girdler).
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Girdler; his daughters, Rebecca Lynn Stonecypher (Mike), Jeanette Ann Bousman (Keith) and Deborah Kay Girdler; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Bousman (Erin), Adam Bousman, Andrew Bousman (Mandy), Eric Bousman (Whitney), Michael Bousman, Rachel Anderson (Luke) and John David Stonecypher (Alison).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Gideons International.
