He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Rubin and Laura Rubin; his wife Jan Bernhardt Holtz Rubin; his brother Mandel Robert Rubin (Bob); his nephew Ken Rubin; and his pet Ruggles.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kristine and Sara Beth; and his niece Francy Rubin (Linda Rubin).
