He is survived by: his brothers, Dwayne (Kim) of Indianapolis, IN, Tim (Lauren) of Zionsville, IN and David (Laura) of Bridgman, MI; and his nieces, Kassie Wisk (Will) of Channahon, IL, Alyssa Frye (Ryan) of Westville, IN, Alyson Kniola of Henderson, NV and Meilyn Kniola of Zionsville, IN. He is also survived by 4 great nephews and 2 great nieces.
