He was predeceased by: his parents, Ranganayakamma Devaraju and Narayana Murty. He is survived by: his wife Gayatri Rani Devaraju; his daughters, Sougandhi Lalitha Backhaus (David) and Lata Geeta DeVellen; and his grandsons, Noah, Alex, Ian, Samuel and Colin. He is also survived by his family, friends.
