He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Melissa) and Jonathan (Angela); his granddaughters, Danielle, Meredith and Charlotte; his brother Laurence Levine; his sisters-in-law, Edith Levine and Florence Richman; his nephew Andrew Richman (Diane); his extended family, Judy Wittenberg, Debra Levine and Rebecca Levine; and his significant other Joanne Bates.
