The memory of Ruth Ann Botkin of Zionsville, Indiana, who passed away on September 22, 2025 at the age of 84, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Kibbey and Doyte Kibbey. She is survived by: her husband James E. Botkin, MD; her children, Chris Botkin, Amy [Botkin] Beal (Shane Beal) and John Botkin; her grandchildren, Elijah Beal, Seth Beal, Avery Beal, Ben Botkin, Nate Botkin and Anna Botkin; and her siblings, Becky Swathwood and Dick Kibbey. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hoosier Village Chapel (9787 Hoosier Village Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46268). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
