She was predeceased by: her husband John Masten Crook; her parents, William Scott and Alice Scott; and her siblings, Barbara McGill, Raymond and Jerome Scott.
She is survived by: her daughters, Leigh Juliano (Joe) and Kimberly Adams (Greg); and her grandchildren, Joseph, Jessica, Anthony, Evan and Trace.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calendar Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Mortuary (11411 N Michigan Rd, Zionsville, IN 46077). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
