He is survived by: his wife Lynn Spartz of Zionsville, IN; his children, Jessica Molony of Prairieville, LA, Victoria (Vasco), Peter (Brianna) of Geneva, IL and Emma Spartz of Chicago, IL; and his siblings, Tim Spartz (Lori) of Jasper, TN and Lori Spartz of Daly City, CA.. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Alphonsus Liguori Catholic Church or the Little Sisters of the Poor of Indianapolis or Guerin Catholic High School.
