Arthur left this world on November 19, 2025 at the age of 92, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Rector and Estella Rector (Gray); his wife Deloros Ruffner; his granddaughter Tina; and his siblings, Clarence, Cliff, Everett, Charlie, Dessi, Harold, Herb and Bob.
He is survived by: his sons, Gary Rector and Michael Rector (Kathy); his grandchildren, Christopher Rector, Jennifer Rector, Joseph Allen, Tim and Teresea; and his great grandchildren, Darren, Dawson, Danielle, Erin, Dusty of Larry, JR, Gary, Michael and Leon.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Martin-Becker-Carlson Funeral Home (414 NW 3rd St, Abilene, KS 67410). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
The family suggests memorials be given to the Hospice of Dickinson County.
