As Christian departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Christian. Though Christian may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian Frey and Ella Frey (Bert); and his grandson Laird Landis. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; and his daughters, Shelley (Steve Crider), Carol (Dale Landis), Glenace (Ken Stanley), Laurie (Noah Kaufman) and Ella (John McLaughlin). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to the Zion Brethren in Christ Church, the Mennonite Central Committee, or the Salina Rescue Mission.
