She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Everett Cossel and Virginia Lea Smith Cossel; her stepfather Jim Allen; her brothers, Ron and K. Wayne (Butch); her brothers-in-law, Gary Ashland and Chuck Eis; and her nieces, Geri Eis and Victoria Ashland.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Dee Williams (Gary) of Wichita, KS, Buffy Jo-El Dugan (Chris) of Wichita, KS and William I. Marshall, Jr. (Kelly Skinner) of Olathe, KS.; and her siblings, Kathy Ashland of Concordia, Kennda Eis of Milwaukee, WI, Wallace Cossel (Pat) of Sheridan, WY and Terry Cossel (Karen) of Beatrice, NE. She is also survived by three children, 11 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory to St Andrews (Abilene, KS) school, Abilene Chapter of the DAR or Home Health & Hospice of |Dickinson County.
