She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Schumann; her daughter Mary Albrecht; and her sister Phyllis Rogers. She is survived by: her children, Paul Schumann (Cynthia), David Schumann (Barbara), Tracy Schumann (Stephanie), Ann Goodman (Corby) and Sharon Struve (Jeff); and her son-in-law Michael Albrecht (Joni). She is also survived by her twenty grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home (601 Indiana St, Lawrence, KS 66044). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Bethel Cemetery (2796 Mink Rd, Abilene, KS 67410).
