He is survived by: his wife Diana Lynn Schlitter; his daughters, Mary Brown (Eric) of Salina and Christina Scherberger (Chris) of Abilene; his grandchildren, Mallory Horn (Jonathan), Lindsay Halfhide (Ian), Ryan Brown, Leah and Flynn Scherberger; his great grandchildren, Ryker and Emmarie Horn; his sister Dana Schaich; Fred Corn.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Martin-Becker-Carlson Funeral Home (414 NW 3rd St, Abilene, KS 67410). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Emmanuel Church (1300 N Vine St, Abilene, KS 67431). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026.
