He is survived by: his children, Terry Gibson and Belinda Ward (Gibson); his children-in-law, Petia and Randy; his grandchildren, Kayla, Steve and Kalina; his great grandchildren, Anton, Alice, Westley, Raven, Piper and Kora; and his brother Dennis Gibson (Helen).

The family suggests memorials be given to DAV (Disabled American Veterans).
