She was predeceased by: her father Orville "Neal" Stover; her sisters, Robin Stover and Tracy Parks (Stover); and her son Patrick Anderson. She is survived by: her mother Katherine "Kathy" Stover (Woodward); her children, Benjamin "Ben" Anderson and Joni Dallinga; her close friend Heidi Mickey (Reeder); her brothers, David Stover and Daniel Stover; and her grandchildren, Addison, David, Nalaysia, Madelyn, Nilannia and Naliyah. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and countless selected children.
In lieu of flowers, the family lovingly requests that donations be made to the Tallgrass Healthcare Campus - Activities Program, to bring joy to others just as Penny always did.
